Privacy Policy

Doorcount is a brand of, and this service is provided by, Prime Commercial Ventures, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. This policy explains how Prime Commercial Ventures, LLC (the seller; "Doorcount", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information through usedoorcount.com, the free Auction Radar email list, the Deal Check pages and worksheets, and the Doorcount Quick Check (together, the "Service").

Information we collect

Auction Radar signups: your email address, an optional name, and the buy-box choices you make (states, property types, price range, auction types).

Quick Check orders and intake: your name and email; your Gumroad order number; the property's address, unit count, asking price and listing link; your plan for the property; any questions you write; any files you upload (for example rent rolls, operating statements or offering memorandums) or file links you paste; and your agreement to the disclaimer and Terms.

Purchases: Gumroad tells us that a purchase was made, with the buyer's name, email, order number, amount and refund status. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Emails with us: what you send to [email protected] or in reply to our emails.

Technical data: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request logs to serve and secure the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it measures page views and performance without cookies, local storage or cross-site tracking. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers.

How we use information

• To send Auction Radar issues matched to your buy box, and to manage your subscription.
• To screen, prepare, check and deliver your Quick Check, handle revisions and refunds, and keep order records.
• To check each Quick Check property against the list of properties we or our affiliates are pursuing (see the Terms, section 5). We use your property details for this check only and never to pursue the property ourselves.
• To answer support requests, keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and understand overall site use.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers (processors)

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) receives the Auction Radar signup form and the Quick Check intake form and emails each submission to our inbox ([email protected]). Uploaded files are delivered as email attachments.
• Google (Google Workspace / Google Sheets and Drive) stores our Auction Radar subscriber list and Quick Check order log, and may hold files you share by link.
• Microsoft (Microsoft 365) hosts our PrimeCV.us email inboxes, where form submissions and order emails arrive.
• Gumroad, Inc. processes Quick Check purchases as merchant of record, including payment, sales tax and receipts.
• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and provides cookieless Web Analytics.

These providers keep their own records (for example delivery, security and transaction logs) under their own privacy policies and retention schedules, which we do not control.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Data retention

• Auction Radar: we keep your signup while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we remove you from the list within 30 days and keep only a suppression record (your email) so we don't email you again.
• Quick Check uploads and file links: deleted 90 days after delivery (or after a decline or refund), or sooner if you ask.
• Quick Check order records (name, email, order number, property address, dates, the delivered PDF and our working notes): kept for up to 3 years for tax, accounting and dispute purposes, then deleted.
• Support emails: kept as long as needed to resolve the request, and no more than 3 years.
• Deletion requests sent to [email protected] are handled within 30 days of verification, except records we must keep by law.

Your choices and rights

• Every Auction Radar email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also email [email protected].
• You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to delete your Quick Check uploads early, by emailing [email protected]. We will verify the request and respond as required by law, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act where it applies.
• Gumroad purchase data is also held by Gumroad under its own privacy policy.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to inboxes, sheets and order files is limited to the people who run Doorcount. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so please share only what's needed for your Quick Check.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, consistent with our Terms of Service.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date and notify subscribers or customers of material changes by email.
